• The processing of personal data is carried out using methods that ensure the confidentiality of such data and in compliance with the security requirements established by the laws of Ukraine.
• The Seller undertakes not to disclose the personal data obtained from the Buyer, except in cases provided by the laws of Ukraine.

The Seller has the right to delegate the processing of personal data to a Data Processor or to act as a Data Processor.

The Buyer confirms that they have read and fully (unequivocally) agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which is posted on the Seller's Website https://halom.org/.

The Buyer has no right to use the Website if they do not agree with and do not accept the terms of this Policy.

Opting Out of Messages

A Buyer who no longer wishes to receive messages from the Seller has the right to unsubscribe from the mailing list by clicking on the ""Click here to unsubscribe"" link provided at the end of any email message sent by the Seller and/or on their behalf.

Modification and/or Editing and/or Deletion of Personal Data

The Buyer can modify, edit, or delete their data by sending the Seller a request in a free form to change, edit, or stop processing their data to the postal address provided in the "Contact Information" section. Upon receipt of such a request, the Buyer's data will be deleted by applicable law.

Notification in Case of Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy and periodically review its terms. The new edition of this Policy becomes effective upon its publication on this Website. By using the Website, the Buyer confirms their agreement with the terms of the Policy in effect at the time of using the Website.

Other Conditions

The Seller is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by the Buyer or third parties as a result of a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the terms of this Policy, instructions, or guidelines regarding the use of the Website, the procedure for posting data, and other technical issues.
