Each of our programs is aimed at preserving and studying Jewish culture and traditions. We employ the principles of informal education and the best practices from Israel and Ukraine, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can find their place and contribute to the life of the community.

Family programs

We believe that the family is the foundation of the community. We offer events that bring families together: from the ceremonial celebration of Shabbat to the joint celebration of Jewish holidays and the organization of family outings. The goal of such programs is to strengthen the bond between generations and enrich families with shared experiences and new discoveries.

Meetings at Halom: 250 UAH
Meetings outside but within Kyiv: 350 UAH
The cost for excursions, camps, and Shabbatons will be specified separately.

Children's Club "Kohavim"
(Ages 3-7)

Kohavim means "stars" in Hebrew. This program creates a safe and warm environment where young children learn about Jewish traditions and culture. Our goal is to unlock the potential and unique abilities of each child, supporting their natural desire for knowledge.

Teen Club "Yahad"
(Ages 8-12)

Yahad means "together" in Hebrew. In this club, teenagers strengthen their knowledge of Jewish heritage, develop teamwork skills, and take their first steps into active community life.

"Halom Volume"

The name is an abbreviation of the phrase "Volunteering You and Me." It's the heart of our community activity, uniting people of all ages in common projects to assist within and beyond our community.

The family service provides psychological, physical, and material support to Jewish families facing difficult life circumstances, internally displaced families, and families with children with disabilities, facilitating their integration and well-being.
