Krav Maga is an Israeli hand-to-hand combat system focused solely on protecting yourself and your loved ones.

The training includes:

1. Striking techniques, which are the foundation of the system
2. Stand-up and ground fighting
3. Physical conditioning
4. A theoretical component that is essential for teaching children how to understand and navigate safety.

The theory module covers action plans for dangerous situations:

• Talking to strangers
• Attempted abductions
• Conflicts
• Robberies
• Being home alone
• And more

The main goal of the training is not competition victories, but gaining awareness of safety and learning how to defend yourself!
